Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during high season, but flexible for the rest of the year. To allow for change over, the earliest arrival time is 3:00 pm and the house should be vacated by 11:00 am. on the day of departure. The rent, plus a £150 refundable deposit, is payable 8 weeks before the booking commences. The cottage should be left clean and as found – any damage to the property and contents will be assessed and a charge deducted from the deposit on your departure. Electric & Gas are included for the months of July & August, but a charge will be made at cost price for the rest of the year.
